Day One - Sunday

My husband treated me with my morning green tea bummer I couldn't drink it. Two glasses of Apple Juice down so far plus the Green drink. No caffeine headache yet. I am trying to ignore that each serving of apple juice has 140 calories, 35 carbs, 31g sugar, and just 1 g of protein. I may just drink 1/2 of a gallon of apple juice today, lots of water and take the magnesium malate tablets instead. All that sugar is going put me in a sugar coma;-) The green drink comes in at abt 215 calories, with about 4 g of protein. Nonetheless feeling a little sluggish this morning. Thinking about going for a bike ride to the lake with the kids hoping that will perk me up;-)

  2. Day Two - Monday
    No caffeine and still no headache, yeah! I did have the green drink this AM and lots of water and apple juice so far. The apple juice burned my stomach a little however after having 2tsp of Braggs Organic vinegar in 8oz water it seemed to do the trick. Went to the gym didn't feel like I had to run to the bathroom at any point. It's around 2:30PM here and I am feeling a little lull of energy. Ugh time for more apple juice/water cocktails;-)

  3. Day one was a little easier. But day 2 I had to put something else in my belly today so I ate steamed cabbage and a boiled potatoe. Again I had to take some peanut butter early in the morning because I needed the protein because of being Hypoglycemic. I have had the caffeine headache all day today. I also bought a liver cleanse system on Saturday that I started. I was fearful of putting all that Apple Juice into my system with all that sugar. I am just going to do the store bought liver cleanse for now, drink lots of water, drink my green shakes, lots of water and eat very light. WHen I showed the lady at the health store the liver cleanse directions and that I was hypoglyscemic she recommended I do the store bought on to see if I have any problems. She thought the other would make me to sick and would mess up my sugar levels. I seem to be having luck with the store bought liver cleanse. I have gone to the bathroom 5 to 6 times in 2 days which is awesome. That is unusual for me as I would have been lucky if I went once or twice in 2 days. Hang in there, drink lots of water and the green juice.

  4. Day Three - Tuesday
    Last night the apple juice really kicked in but this morning all seems okay. After having my green drink and some apple juice this AM my stomach burned really terrible so again I tried the Braggs but it took 7 long minutes to work. Then I ended up getting nauseas from just having the GD and then having to drink something again. I found myself super tired after than so I ended up taking a 2 hour nap this AM. I suppose before I would have powered through with some caffeine. Not really hungry eating lite fruits in AM and all raw veges in afternoon eg celery, snap peas, baby spinach, cucumbers, grape tomatoes and broccoli. Drinking a lot more water today to avoid the burning (1/4 apple 3/4 water) Hope to at least get some yoga in at home today.
